These treatment packages target specific zones of the body and includes a customized mix of hand/technological tools and contouring products.  Together, we create a plan that will help you reach your contouring goals.

What types of massage do you offer?

We offer a variety of massage services including Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Therapuetic Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Spa Treatments, Energy Healing, and Body Contouring. Each treatment is personalized to meet your unique needs.

How can massage therapy benefit me?

Are you a licensed therapist with experience?

Yes, I am a licensed professional with extensive experience in the massage and wellness industries. I started at a traditional college, MTSU, but soon found a more suitable path.  Along my journey, I have completed 2 massage therapy programs and taken a plethora of CEUs.  In 2005 I graduated from the School of Healing Arts in San Diego.  After I moved to the East Coast, I was certified by Hot Yoga USA as an instructor and began studying traditional Shak-Tantra Yoga with a Guru in Gujarat, India.  In 2021, I returned to enhance my education further at the Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage while certifying with Body Novas as a body contour specialist. And recently, I received my certification to practice manual lymphatic drainage at Cumberland Institute.  It is imperative to me that I expand the scope of my practice by completing CEUs and applying what I learn to my unique brand because I am dedicated to providing the highest quality care for my clients.

What makes your service unique?

I create a harmonious union of complementary touch modalities, wellness technologies, energy work techniques, and spa rituals in my practice.  Expect a combination of Swedish with hot stones and bamboo, if necessary, I will incorporate some deep tissue and/or stretching.  There will probably be some red light therapy with NIR heat and perhaps medi-cupping techniques.  Count on there being aromatherapy, coached breathwork, monaural beats, a crystal grid with reiki and post-session stretching/coaching.

How much do you charge for cupping, redlight, theragun, stones/bamboo/himalyan salt, and basic energy work?

We have add-ons and enhancements.  But, all massage comes with cupping, redlight, theragun, stones/bamboo/himalyan salt, and basic energy work.  Stretch education and lifestyle coaching are a part of your service.

What Add-Ons and Enhancements may I incorporate?

An Add-On, is a technique adds time and possibly products.  An Enhancement, just adds product and is incorporated into your service without adding time.
